Now open for discussion. On BBC1 at 8:00pm: Stacey and Bradley arrive back in the Square, but Bradley isn’t keen to be there. He becomes even more anxious when he spots Marsden’s police car, but Stacey tells him that they have to behave normally.Meanwhile, Whitney is attempting to dump Todd, but things aren’t going to plan.

I am quite surprised they aren't making more of a thing about Sonia returning this week. I mean, I know she didn't get the most explosive or dramatic exit in 'Enders history, but I'm quite excited about it.

Also, I am glad Whitney is dumping Todd - she needs someone with a bit of personality to bring her to life!

She's not the big ticket though. Carol's return is the one that's being trumpeted. (trumpeted, see I made a Sonia joke!)

Really strong episode tonight but I always think whenever EE does episodes around the females they always are.

Did Bradley say 'bastard' as well or did I imagine it? I hope he did.

The hen party scenes - that is exactly the kind of thing that the show has been lacking in. No drama; just some good, simple chat between various characters. Loved seeing Pat, Bianca, Janine, Sonia, Zainab, Denise, Chelsea, Libby, Jane, Lucy etc all mixing with each other and just having a laugh. No doubt Ricky will find that video of Bianca talking about Nathan though. Also had to laugh at Lucy's awkwardness during Leon's strip. :D

Charlie Clements and Jake Wood were both great as always. The moment when Bradley told Max about Archie and Stacey was a particularly well done moment, and I'm happy that we're getting some top quality scenes between father and son before Bradders goes for good.

The laughs in the bed sounded like Whitney, or it could be Lucy.

I enjoyed watching Sonia come back, but it was a bit boring though.

Must have been embarrassing for Lucy when Leon stripped.

Who wrote tonight's episode? There was some fab dialogue. I loved it when Dot told Sonia she was going to attend to her grandfather's verruca.

And I loved Pat trying to move Bianca out of the way so she should get a good look at Leon. :D

There's something odd about the grown up Jackson's interaction. I think Sonia and Bianca really work well together but something about Billie doesn't gel for me all this "babe" and "sis" stuff it just feels a bit odd but then I'm extra wary of Devon after his Hollyoaks stint so maybe I'm not giving him a fair chance. :)

I thought it was lovely to see Sonia again, she really fits in. LOVED the Hen party scenes, especially Manda, I will quite miss her when she goes! I also loved the little quips between people nobody else seemed to notice like Jane/Zainab and Heather/Libby.

Loved the scenes between Bradders Max and Jack. I don't think Jack is as bad as people say he is, I really don't. I think he is even quite good when with his family. Though how many times did he unbutton his coat tonight? Too many!

I loved that. Thought the hen night scenes were great- EE always do those big communal gatherings so well and it was nice to have them mixed in with the Bradley/Jack/Max scenes. Patsy Palmer plays a fab drunk! Poor Ricky is going to be gutted when he inevitably sees that video though!

Thought Charlie was great tonight- if this is what we've got to look forward to then his exit is going to be awesome! You can just tell Bradley's completely losing it and that his guilt at not being there for Stacey and at what he may or may not have done to Archie is just eating him up. It's a real shame they wasted him so much last year because tonight just proved how good Charlie can be when given decent stuff. I love the relationship Bradley and Max have and whilst it's hard to believe that they could ever be civil to each other given what went on between Max & Stacey, the chemistry between Charlie and Jake just makes it so believable.

Was nice to see Sonia back- am intrigued to know what's gone on between her and Martin though and why she ignored the call.

Roll on tomorrow....

I'll have to rewatch but I am sure it was 'bastard'. I hope it was. I'd like EastEnders to start and get hard hitting with it's writing again. I thought tonight's was the best we have had for a while. But the content overall is still high. The writing tonight was just better than usual.

Don't forget Billie has never really spoken properly to either Sonia or Bianca so it is going to seem a bit odd. I'm still in shock that I can finally tell what sex Billie is now, after the amiguity of when it was a child all those years ago. Even if they are spelling his name like a big jessie girlie.

Welcome back Sonia!! :) Nice touch that they remembered Sonia & Jane's friendship.

Good episode, I do like it when they focus on the females. Something about Carey Andrews' writing just irritates me though, it always come across so different to the norm.

Good episode. A more fun with one with Bianca and everyone. Tense in the room though with Jane Zainab Janine Heather and Libby. Bianca made me laugh when she is drunk. Missed Sonia she is a great laugh.
My best bit was defiantly the Leon bit  He has got muscles on him. He is so fit
DCI Marsden made me laugh to with the Lionel Richie Music
Bless Bradley he got redder in the cheeks. A lot of people reckon it was him that killed Archie i reckon it was Jack. Bradley did look guilty tonight though

Thank you, there were some good lines, I don't think they always get Dot right it's the small touches with Dot eg telling Jim not to forget the cuttlefish for the budgies that sort of thing, we're all individuals and we all have different things to say so it's nice when EE writes characters in their own individual way. Sadly it doesn't happen very often so when they do it really shows.

Yeah it was a good episode. I think my problem with Billie is he was only a kid before and barely said two words during his whole time on the show. It seems so odd that he's grown up now and getting dialogue of course with the route they could be taking him down I don't think he's going to endear himself to me any time soon.
