You're welcome. I've just added "On a break"/"Departing" next to Jim, Darren, Deano, Kevin, Carly and Craig, and added characters who are due to return (Cindy Jr., Mrs. Patel, Jack and Caroline).

Another update: I removed Craig (I don't think he ever got a promo), and added Steven, Cindy Jr., Gina, Mr. Andrews, Clare and Queenie.

Masood Masood is the name they've given him on Wikipedia (hardly a reliable source in the first place)

They havent given him a name yet, when EE annoucned him joining it was just Mr. Masood, definetly not Masood Masood, who'd have there first name the same as their surname?

Well I can't speak for Asian culture, but in Arabic culture it's not completely unheard of. Not common but not unique either. I knew a Haider Haider when I was younger.
